One a day, plus iron

In our continuing saga of Kind Lady, her immaculate and wonderful horse property is now listed for sale. I'd mentioned a while back about how I expected it to be listed in fairly short order, given the circumstances surrounding her getting shut of her horses. And lo, now it has been listed, by her, via her brand-new real estate license, for a million and a half. I hope she gets her ask, it's about time for something to go her way.
