I got an Instant Pot for xmas, which I am kind of excited about. I ran it through the test drive today and I feel like I can Do Stuff with it. I'll keep you posted.

Eric got us one some months ago. He does like it, although not all its promises panned out. He makes chicken stock with it, and the occasional pasta-and-stuff meal.

Ignore first version of this comment. I had the problem completely backwards. Posts on my reading page are showing up in posted order instead of date order, so I see old imported posts at the top. Nothing to see here, move along :)
