which_chickIn case you weren't aware, it's been a hundred years since WW1 ended on November 11, 1918. Also in case you weren't aware, they are STILL DIGGING UP LIVE ORDNANCE FROM THE BATTLEFIELDS IN FRANCE AND BELGIUM, among other places in Europe. They call it the Iron Harvest.
No shit, this is a Real Thing and it is still a pretty substantial issue, like France gets about 900 tons per year of this stuff, dug out of the ground mostly by regular people in their fields and gardens.
