which_chickToday I was watching a youtube clip about noodles. I so totally want to do this. It looks amazing. Plus, I know it's true because this noodle making methodology (more-or-less) is also depicted on Naruto so you know it's got to be a real way of making noodles. Alton Brown might make shit up but a cartoon an anime about magical ninjas will never lie to me.
Watch this space for developments on the home-made ramen front. I've got a recipe, even. Damn, this looks like fun, plus it's math-interesting. Doubling and doubling and doubling -- this would so totally be 2^n's of fun.

Date: 2009-09-11 01:49 am (UTC)this week on the Anthony Bourdain show No Reservations, thay were in a chinese noodle shop & showed the making of good homemade noodles. i kind of want to fling a few around myself.
