Weekend plans are chock-full of happenings. I'm tired just looking at them and I'm not even to the weekend yet.

Friday is the Thurmont sale. I'd kind of like to see the Thurmont sale (horse and tack auction outside of Frederick, MD) but I can put that off until Mid-May (they have sales the first and third Fridays of the month) for better scheduling, except that the third weekend of the month is opera with Mom which means that I'll then be on the road for two days over that weekend, too. Ick. Not sure what I'll do about that, but I'd like to go to the auction at Thurmont.

Saturday is the first day of Md. Sheep and Wool, the which I will be attending so that people who might actually give a shit can see the HoHI in person as I walk around in 'em. (My family admires the HoHI, but not to the extremes that actual knitters might admire the HoHI. I remain hopeful on that front.) MB also wants me to look for a used drum carder while I'm there in case one hanging around the place.

On Sunday is the Appleblossom thing with Heather. (There will be funnelcakes!) I'd also like to find time to ride a horse (or two) and to cut the grass in my yard and to do laundry and to look at places where the road needs culverts with Dad. Sunday is also the first of the horse shows at the fairgrounds.

There are too fucking many things scheduled for this weekend.

Oh, and my truck is not running right -- I have *got* to make arrangements to get it the fuck to the shop. (Won't start, we think it's a solenoid (spelling?) or something. I dunno shit about vehicles. Anyway, it needs to start on a regular basis so I've got to address this over the weekend during which I will not be around. *sigh*)
