which_chickThe fed cut rates 3/4 of a percent today, WTF? It's not time for a Fed meeting. That's more than the Fed has moved in rather a long while. (Since 1984, informs the NYT. They claim that this was pushed by the downward shift in world markets.
Is anyone steering this thing? Are we about to run over our own tow line? What are they doin' up there?
