We're getting actual voting machines this year! There will be no more #2 pencil fill-in-the-dot ballots for us. No, siree! We are going to have real, live voting machines like the big cities had probably thirty years ago. It's progress, of a sort. I'm going to the voting machine training session tomorrow afternoon at the County Commissioner's office, an activity I expect to be significantly easier (mentally and physically) than going to my real job.

Truly, we are living in the future!

I agree on the attribution. Stalin probably said something more like:

"It's not who votes that counts, but who kills the person who counts the votes that counts."
