which_chickToday at work we'll be moving grandma's stuff out to Harrisburg. Grandma herself will be staying where she is for at least a while. There's also a closing that we're doing the mortgage for -- I dropped off the check for that at the attorney's office yesterday. (As the lender, we do not actually have to attend the closing -- there' s nothing for us to sign or anything and our primary role is to hand over the check. We generally *attend* the closings, but we do not actually HAVE to attend them.)
The SKP continues apace. I am almost done with the next-to-last ball of yarn. Yes, yes, baby shower that I need this for is on Saturday. There's plenty of time. I have all the way to Harrisburg and back today to work on it and I need about two inches to make it *acceptably* done. It'd be nice if I could use up all of the final ball of yarn (about four inches of knitting), but if that simply isn't possible due to time constraints, well, the world will not end.
After the SKP: knee socks in eyestrain purple with pink highlights. On two circulars. Two socks at one time! Can't you just *feel* the excitement?
