which_chickProgress on the sekret knitting project continues apace. We are on ball 4 of the yarn and slightly more than 13" of length. (For those just tuning in, we need about 36" in length to be done.) The football game today should provide ample knitting opportunities -- I'm going to SJ's house to watch it so that I can see the commercials. The actual football content isn't really my thing, so I'm taking the SKP with me so's to progress.
I also built a spreadsheet (which will invariably turn out to be missing some items) for recording where the money goes as part of the budgeting project. This is a glacial thing, where you don't get an interesting picture right away. It's boring for a rather long while. However, I'm making an effort. You gotta start somewhere, right?
