How's that weight loss thing going?

which_chickThis morning the scale said 169.8 of its own volition and without colonoscopy prep liquid shitting for the 24 hours prior. In mid-May I was 176.8 so this is 7 lbs less in two months or about 3.5 lbs per month. I will admit that this is not a drastic or impressive rate of change but also I am a post-menopausal woman so... grade it on a curve, will ya? I have further to go, but progress is good.
