Lovely food. Take some red and green bell peppers, olive oil, sliced garlic cloves. Sautee in large frying pan over fairly low heat until really wilty. Salt, y'know. Serve over spaghetti. Use enough olive oil that it kind of helps the peppers make a bit of sauce, maybe three tablespoons or so. This was fantastic, v. yummy. If you have end-of-season peppers from your garden or someone else's garden, this is a good way to get rid of 'em.

I already do a lot of stir fry (little bit of chicken), spaghetti sauce, stews. Braised pork with mostly vegetables.
