Dear tenant in the trailer: I'm sorry that your water, which you do not pay for, leaks underneath the trailer where it is not getting any of your belongings wet and not flooding your living space. We will put you first on the list for the morning's projects. Screaming at me over the phone at 2 AM is not going to accomplish much beyond that because all the plumbing supply stores are closed at 2 AM. I can not buy parts to fix your problem until 7:30 in the morning so even if I hopped right in my truck and drove over to look at your leak at 2 AM, I'd have to stand around with my thumb up my ass for five and a half hours before I could do anything useful about the situation. Also, since turning off the water at the shutoff valve (which you have access to and have accomplished before calling me) temporarily solves the problem, let us all rejoice and be glad that we can get what remains of a good night's sleep, secure in the knowledge that I will look at your leak first thing in the morning.
