I sent a dunning letter to Thomas Chillemi of Barstow, Virginia. He owes me about $4,800.00 at this point (it's accruing interest at 7% until paid) and I have a judgment against him, recorded at the land records office of his county in Virginia. My judgment against Mr. Chillemi is lurking in the deep, slow water of my life -- judgments what have been recorded at the land records office in Virginia are good for twenty years or bankruptcy, whichever comes first. He probably thinks I will forget him. I won't forget.
