Apr. 26th, 2005 11:24 pmI didn't grocery today but I have entries to make for grocery shopping last Saturday before I caked. I also picked up an extremely cheap lunch today (buck eighty nine) at McD's -- two small hamburgers. No fries. No soda. I gotta say, it's quick, hot, and cheap. Nutrition I'll worry about another time.
Instead of a Tuesday Grocery Post, I've got an update on the felting project. I bet all ya'll thought I'd forgotten about that, but I had not. I've been progressing on the not-very-exciting stretch after starting the bag and before ending the bag with the paired decreases of niftyness. The only exciting happenings that there have been are color changes which are five stitches of interest in several hundred of boring-as-hell stockinette.
Done with that now. I also finished the decreases and the kitchener stitch to close up the bottom of the felting project (I'm making a bag to carry around knitting projects) and now I'm making handles for the bag. I don't like making handles. This is pretty annoying, but it needs to be done before the exciting felting part. I'll keep you posted.
