which_chickProjects for today:
bake cookies (dough is made up already, in fridge)
measure out 16 packets of batter mix for crepes, package in sandwich ziplocks (recipe does not scale, must be done in unit iterations)
Make extra spare ingredients in the event of additional batches above 16.
go to grocery store, buy vanilla extract -- I do not have enough
generate black raspberry topping -- question, how much topping is needed for 16 batches of crepes, assuming four choices of topping?
generate sour cherry topping (amount to make not a problem. Primary ingredient is limited.)
make caramel sauce (Amount not a problem. A little goes a long way.)
Assemble list for schlepping to Sector R's house -- do not forget ingredients, including apples, butter.
See if home-defense frypan does as well as skillet for crepes (crepes for dinner at my house, then)
do laundry
test chocolate sauce recipe to see if it expands as needed (also check on volume of cocoa before shopping)
freeze bags of water for cooler
locate additional 2-cup pyrex measure for faster crepe production
I do not see time in here for DDR... damn it.

Delegated cousin San (in town) to buy vanilla, cocoa is a go already.
Next up: caramel sauce, sour cherry & black raspberry toppings, followed by afternoon nap.
Dinner at San's house (pork chops!) at 6 PM featuring post-dinner DDR because she wants to see how it works and if it's fun she might buy one (they have XBox at their house).
Laundry may happen right before nap.

Have taken shower, am no longer covered in flour, cornstarch.
Will combine trip-to-San's-house with packing-up-of-PS2 -- it can just stay packed until tomorrow.
Laundry not done yet.
