One a day, plus iron

Youtube's ad algo keeps showing me ads for Dr. Squatch soap. Dr. Squatch, in case you have been in a cave since forever, is a company that is making scented soaps for men, scented soaps with Manly Scents.

Now, while I am not a man, I like scented soaps a lot. I don't like them seven dollars a bar and I totally fund my soap addiction without spending that much per bar... but dudes are maybe not aware of the fifty thousand flavors of scented soaps out there. Maybe they think seven dollars is a good price for a large, square soap with a manly scent. Maybe they pay that much because they want a soap that promises to wash away everything except toxic masculinity because that's the thing supporting its insane price point.

I have seen A LOT of these Dr. Squatch ads and I rather like their bubbly blond and blue-eyed spokesperson. He's fun to watch. The ads are fun. But the soap... has to be overpriced.

That said, I kinda want to smell like a pirate. But seven dollars is a lot for a bar of soap so I will not smell like a pirate. Kinda want to, tho.
