One a day, plus iron

Nothing like that feeling when you come back in the house at 1 PM following a good three hours of healthy outdoor activity (tearing bittersweet off the barn and clipping it all back to nubbins and then spraying the nubbins with killer) with a sweat-soaked shirt, in a mind to appreciate a large glass of cold mint tea chilled even further with your big fancy ice cubes (so nice!) only to discover that someone has put an EMPTY mint tea pitcher back into the fridge.
