Such a fun show. S02e08: What is in Coover's duffle bag?
In the minds of the writers, it is a badger. Badgers are not native to Kentucky. My guess was a raccoon, which has the benefit of being local to the area and thus happily available for Coover to catch and stuff in a duffle bag.
And also, Mr. Crowder: your aggressively untidy hair (you look like a damn dandelion, ffs) notwithstanding, you are strangely compelling.
In other news, survey markings and stakes and orange spray paint are occurring at the east end of town, on and around the Bus Hut and the disputed territory. At least someone's making a profit on this whole mess. Hut: not on our property. Hut is OK for setback if it's in the Borough, NOT OK for setback if it's in W. Providence Twp. The Borough and the Twp are not in agreement about where the Borough line is. *sigh* Borough line USED to be our property line, but then the Borough boundary was moved so that the Golf Course could have liquor. When the boundary got moved, it was not real well accounted for. *sigh* Our dumpster pad for front dumpster: Also not on our property. Oops. It's been there forever, but that doesn't mean anything when it's a school district (school districts are not subject to adverse possession). Not real easy to move, either. Damn it.
School owns 413 feet from the metal corner pin southwards to the road. We own 460 feet from the metal corner pin southwards to the road along the same line. (Both the hut and the dumpster pad are in the last 50 feet of that 460' distance.) It is possible that the school's deed is wrong. It is also possible that someone else entirely who is not the school owns that damn land. The only thing we know for sure, here, is that it's a fucking mess. We are slouching towards a resolution, though.
