I am more amused than I should be by this. The appeal for me isn't so much the rah-rah-goBama aspect as it is the fact that the thing is written as a server patch announcement. What a lovely job it is! This (the writing one thing as if it were another thing, using the format and terms and so forth) is one of my favorite forms of funny. Is there a word for this, like a literary technique word?
