Watched Fargo this evening (it's a Coen Bros. film) and to my delight discovered that it was chock full of people who talk like VP Candidate Palin. Many LULZ were had. Also, the movie Fargo is chock fucking full of stupid. It'd be a situation comedy if there were less blood.

I am now watching X Files season 2 and working on the mittens that I am bored with but which are not done yet. Some days working on handwork is exciting and fun. Some days, it's more of a grinding out the distance. Guess which kind of days I'm having here lately? *sigh* It's not a barren waste of boredom, though. I'll have interesting bits when I get to do the thumb parts. Those will be fun, I think. I've got two inches of round-n-round boredom, with maybe another (I've done one already) decrease row about halfway along. The heavy-duty decreases for the top, which is another area of interest and which I have now mathematically gotten happy about, do not start until the mittens are at the top of the tip of my little finger... hence the run of boredom. It's a little short of fun around here, about two inches short, hur hur.

Fargo is excellent! But the thing about it being based on a true story, lies.

I loved Fargo, and you're right about it being so stupid it's funny. They tried to do the same thing with Burn After Reading, but it's hard to top Fargo.
