(no subject)

I spent yesterday working on railings at the office. They are cast-iron railings with lots of curly bits and about five layers of paint, so paint removal is not fast but more along the lines of tedious. If I ever get done with paint removal, I'm going to be putting paint, in roughly the same color that is on there now, back on. This seems kind of... dumb, but there you are. I also took money down on one of our vacant apartments. (There are currently two. We have one-in-eviction but I think there's about a week to go before we can order for possession on that one.)
