New cast, two weeks until new x-rays

which_chickUsual ortho says she thinks there has not been much, if any, movement in wrist. New cast today (the old one was getting kind of loose) and two weeks until new x-rays. I got printouts of the new x-rays and will post a pic here when I get the printout pics uploaded.
Still not using hand to lift, hold, carry, etc. Am doing all possible range of motion of fingers, stuff like "make a fist" and "drum fingers of table" and tendon glides and so forth. Like a hundred times a day, each. All the finger movements.
Arm and hand are visibly smaller than other one. *sigh* Muscle loss is blindingly fast now that I'm old. *sigh*
