They will apply poop this year and then re-test the soil. As long as the soil can benefit from applications of poop, they will apply poop. (The DEP is involved to make sure that there's not any nutrient runoff or anything.) I presume there's a point beyond which we will not need more poop for a while, but for the next several years there will be poop applications. It starts next week. Bird is looking forward to roadwork time. :)
