74 minutes (measured this time)
pace: 3.89 mph (two 550-foot climbs in there, folks. This is not quite as sucky as it appears at first glance.)
Added bonus: I totally smoked the ten year old on the "trail" portion of the thing, where there are rocks and logs and things to duck under / leap over. Totally smoked his ass. (This never ever happens. Mostly I chug along behind the ten year old who kindly worries about me having a heart attack or complains about how he has to "wait up" for me.)
