Chapter 2 of the YBP may be summarized thusly:
Sumiya works at 星の館. He's, y'know, somewhat emotionally crippled, last boyfriend dumped him over the kink thing, doesn't know if he knows how to love anyone or not. He falls in love with Yuuki, a regular customer who always asks for him and always takes a gag. One day Yuuki shows up all marked up. Sumiya refuses him a gag (even as he notes that, yo, Yuuki looks hot in one) and asks him questions about who did that to him. Under duress, Yuuki reveals that he's in love with Nanasaka, a politician and a sadist. He buys Sumiya partly for the practice and partly because his voice sounds like Nanasaka's. The gag is so that he doesn't say anything untoward in the heat of the moment. Sumiya doesn't take this particularly well (because he'd fallen in love with Yuuki himself) and he tells Yuuki to pay the bill and get the hell out... but he also offers a few pointers on avoiding unecessary damage. Yuuki leaves. Then, he considers his own emotional state and his ability to feel. (Seriously. If you hadn't already known that this was a manga for girls, that right there would have done it.)
