Tenant has just moved into little house back of 321. How long should it take from tenant moving in to having the cops called on the tenant by people across the creek (not tenants) in the back yard?

1 day?

2 days?

Ten minutes?

We're going to have to send them a letter about not pissing off the neighbors. Apparently (according to the voice message left on my machine by the neighbors across the creek) the police have been called and have been out to the property already. Yippee. This is just what I need, y'know?

In other news, I eye-doctored with grandma today. We had an uneventful eye-doctor experience and a really nice dinner at the Texas Roadhouse thing out that way. The portions were restaurant huge (I hate that) but the food was tasty just the same.

I also finished some of the cabinets at Bunny's so that they are not turquoise but are a happy and pristine white color. Yay! I still have some cabinets to paint, but not nearly as many as I had when I started. It still needs closet doors, still needs a closet rod, two closet shelves, a busted door fixed, and a metric shitload of trim painted. Also two lights hung and one room patched/painted. Progress is being made and would be hella faster if I didn't have to go do other stuff all the fucking time.

I may table Bunny's to go play at 343 because I can get that done in about three days (barring other fucking blow-up-in-my-face disasters) and then get a sign up and get it rented.

Also on the agenda: ceiling for the people at 216, caulk edge around ceiling for 351.

It doesn't feel like I am getting anything *done*. I mean, I do shit all day, but nothing gets *done*. Except laundry. Sometimes I can get laundry done.

I was hoping to get some pony time in this week, but it isn't looking likely. Maybe tomorrow, if the weather suits.
