which_chickDinner tonight was delayed by...
Lighting the pilot light for the upstairs tenant at 321. Did you get it right?
Dinner itself was cabbage sliced thin thin thin and gently caramelized in bacon fat. (The bacon crumbles, those went on top. I didn't *waste* them.) There was also salt and pepper on the cabbage. Dessert was squash pie leftover from xmas. Also I had really top-notch coffee (xmas present from cousin Heather).
