I'm most of the way through the weekend. Some things got done. Some other things didn't get done.

My hexagonal cookie cutters got here!! (I'm going to play with them here directly.) I didn't get bread mixed up (the currant cookie dough is in the bread pan), but maybe I'll do that today and I can bake it tomorrow. I did get to the hardware store and I may yet get to grandma's and La's before today is run out. Tash called and said the weather was nice enough that she didn't really want to stay inside and play computer today, so I tabled that for a later date.

I had a delightful time in State College yesterday, but that ran later than expected (having a good time, not wanting to leave, does that) so it kind of killed the rest of the day's activities though I did get to the post office and the hardware store. The dayplanner thing only works if I do what the day plan TELLS me to do. Making up a list of things that I should be doing for any given day and then not doing those things is a bit daft. *sigh* Maybe I need more practice.

Anyway. Today is baking day because of new, exciting cookie cutters and because I don't think having cookie dough in the fridge where I can snarf off it all the damn time is a particularly wise choice. If I bake the damn stuff, then I can give the cookies away and won't have to deal with them longer.
