I think that the following photographs amply demonstrate why I need practice taking pictures of actual humans.
Because *someone* is going to ask, the baby belongs to my cousin Heather and her name is Tess. She did not particularly express any desire for a hat, and certainly not one with dorky corkscrew tassles on the top, but she got one anyway.
