I ordered a tshirt the other day. It has arrived.

I actually saw it advertised in an instagram post and damn it was just ... clever. It spoke to me. I got it in "athletic gray" because for me anything on white is a total disaster. I am basically Pig Pen if Pig Pen were a 54 year old lady instead of a comic strip character. (I do bathe. I wear clean clothes, or at least they're clean when I put them on. I just don't... stay very clean in the course of the day. I have always been immediately messy and I have a messy job and I just look vaguely homeless because "staying clean" isn't something I give two shits about. Anyway, for these reasons, white is not a color I should be wearing.) It's awesome.

Concert review, Billy Strings, Bryce Jordan Arena State College

I'd mentioned Billy Strings to brother-the-younger some months ago (in this post) and he remembered that the guy would be in State College in August and bought tickets and so we drove up there on Saturday and went to see him in concert at the Bryce Jordan Center. (Bryce Jordan was the head of Penn State University when I went there, if you were wondering who the fuck Bryce Jordan was.)

It rained the entire drive up there, which is worth a mention because it hasn't rained for more than five minutes for the last month and a half.
