Festive cheese part 5
Jan. 2nd, 2022 05:46 pmAged gouda festive with pilsner (do not have) or cornichons (which I think are maybe pickles?) or whole-grain mustard WHICH I HAVE. So I'm eating it with whole-grain mustard. It's a good pairing. It's a damn fine cheese. I bet this would make a good grilled cheese. With mustard. I think I have enough to give that a try this week upcoming.
I am pairing the aged gouda also with Great Earthquakes of the PNW which is all about toast, Juan de Fuca, and Japan's Orphan Tsunami plus also the importance of not discounting reports of native peoples.
Finally, the brown sheep sweater will be completed tonight. It is mere rows from the weaving in. Go me!
