Let's talk about jousting!

Trys, one of my horse partners-in-crime, has been on me again about jousting. Now, we've discussed jousting before but I didn't HAVE A PLAN for how to make that work with our setup and ponies and stuff. So, it died in the womb several times before this time. But over the weekend Trys was "Hey, we should do jousting" and unlike all the times before this time, suddenly I had a plan.
