Didn't you used to have a horse or something?

Yep. Still do, even. He's fine. Due to lingering covid and other assorted crap (failure to really thrive in field of mean mares) we haven't been out much this year. I built him and his brother a playpen where they can be alone with no mean mares. I also upped his chow allotment to two-a-days so that now he looks somewhat less waif-like. (His essential nature is kind of dainty and waif-like but now he has no visible ribs and you have to poke a little to find them.) We've been doing trail outings when it isn't ninety damn degrees out. This is us on Sunday:



We have a dressage clinic coming up in mid-September and I'm working on our stuff but do not hold out high hopes for massive progress since it's been such a meh summer. *sigh*
