As dumb as a sackful of hammers...

PSA: Put hair up when operating power tools and such.

Let me pause here to state that I am fine. Totally fine. I AM NOT HURT IN ANY WAY.

Turns out I have enough hair to stall out a power hedge clipper BEFORE it rips my scalp off my head. So yay for that. Also turns out that I am as dumb as a sackful of hammers because I thought it might be OK to operate power tools with my jeans-pocket-length hair loose.



I hear asymmetric cuts are in these days. (This is a joke. I have rather a lot of hair and it is not particularly obvious to random observers that I now have about two locks of "collarbone length" hair in amongst my jeans-pocket-length hair.)

This all happened last Monday, shortly after my doctor told me to quit coffee. I am not saying the two things are related, but...
