Feb. 21st, 2009 09:22 pmI am still in love with the Red Lentils and Chiles recipe. I'm apparently happy to eat it all up in two days, forsaking all other food in order to be able to eat the Red Lentils and Chiles recipe, even when it's made with not-red-lentils. In lieu of better evidence, I am going to claim that the attraction is primarily the sour-and-hot nature of having fresh lime and two kinds of chiles in a food item.
