Feb. 6th, 2007 11:06 pmThe weather continues cold. Today I spent part of the day thawing out pipes and part of the day on the recently-empty apartment. I got some unexpected money from a Tenant paying rent two steps ahead of the constable and an angry ex-Tenant calling on the phone because we were vindictively RUINING HIS CREDIT.
