Still doing yogas, still making an effort, though I still kinda suck at it. As mentioned as a goal early this month, I have indeed graduated to 60 minutes of yoga per effort, so yay. I'm still at beginner 2, largely because I took another swing (and concomitant miss) at intermediate (lol), but I'm getting better at beginner 2, so that's nice. Forearm plank, one leg lifted, is going nicely at this point. I can generally get through a beginner 2 yoga of all the assorted flavors that I do (hamstring, glute, hip & hit flexors, core, core, and more core) and do all the things that the nice voice on the app expects of me to one degree or another.

Scorpion dog, eagle, exalted warrior, skandasana, camels baby and regular, and fucking chataranga continue to be challenging. Heels do not touch the ground in down dog, but I'm getting more fold-y in forward fold. Progress is very incremental in yoga -- I'm not gonna be little miss pretzel anytime soon -- but progress is very incremental in dressage, too. *sigh*

Additionally, for January, I managed 28 out of 31 possible yogas, maintaining my B+ average at yoga-ing. I do not think I can do A yoga. I do need about three days off a month for when my wrist gets too damn tired or twinge-y. It's also still getting better, almost exactly a year out.
