Today the upstairs tenant at 321 got real propane tanks from a real propane tank company. There was rejoicing on my part because I figured that the larger tanks would mean an end to me having to drive in to 321 in the evenings at the urging of the upstairs tenant. (I've been doing that every week or so of heating season to light the pilot light on the furnace for them after they had re-filled the mini-propane-tank that they'd been using. It got old after the first time.)

( I was wrong about that...and prematurely rejoicing. )
