The stayman winesaps are in at my orchard of choice. And that means it's Time for Tarte. :) I made a tarte for Lala and one for the steps (Krista and Larry were visiting Dad for the weekend, kinda). While Lala's seen it before, it was new to the steps but they were enthusiastic about the, er, "apple pizza thingy", so yay. :)
