We get to meet Mistral in book 4, rather abruptly and all of a sudden, in front of everybody (nearly) else. Frost, of course, we've seen early and often. *sigh* I've done the amount of looking I'm willing to do in order to find the missing volume and I've come up empty-handed. Maybe I'll stumble upon it later when again I am in the mood.
