Pittsburgh! We had creeper vines in the woods behind our house where the land plummeted down to meet the Penn-Lincoln Parkway. Unfortunately, the creek at the bottom was fed by storm drains and deemed polluted by parental figures.

Er. The parental figures were doing the deeming, not the polluting :)
