Ahh, yeah, I figured it was mostly a case of you only talking about the troublesome ones (I think I chose the blandest word possible) because the apartment trashing and heroin dealing is more interesting blog fodder than "Tenant X is late on rent because of understandable reason Y." I just wasn't sure what the proportion of pain in the ass to normal people was.
