Lunch today involved a baked eggplant thing, recipe here. It was easy and used only ingredients I had on hand, which is why I made it. I had a helping with half a cup of the tasty dal (discussed here previously somewhere) and an apple for dessert. I've been eating a lot of apples lately. This does not mean I'm going to start dressing like a goth boy and dropping my enchanted notebooks around the human realm for people to find, so no worries on that front, all right?
